
Ingredients
4 Mick's Meat Barn T-bone steaks
850g desiree potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
mix salad of choice to serve

Preparation
Step 1 - Place potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Drain. Transfer to a baking tray. Set aside for 20 minutes to cool.
Step 2 - Preheat barbecue plate and chargrill on high heat. Drizzle potato with 1 tablespoon oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Cook potatoes on barbecue plate, turning occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
Step 3 - Meanwhile, season both sides of steaks with salt and pepper. Drizzle each steak with 1 teaspoon oil and rub to coat. Chargrill steaks for 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a wire rack over a baking tray. Cover loosely with foil. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
Step 4 - Serve steak with potato wedges and salad. Enjoy!
