500 g lamb mince
1 individual shallots, peeled, thinly sliced
3 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley,
60 g feta cheese, crumbled
1 egg white,
3 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tub of natural yoghurt
Small amount of chives
Combine lamb, shallots, crushed garlic, parsley and mint until thoroughly combined. Season well with salt and pepper.
Add fetta and egg and mix to combine. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To make yoghurt sauce, place yoghurt and chives in a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Preheat the BBQ to a medium-high heat. Add patties and cook without moving for 3-5 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 3-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble the burgers on your favourite bread with salad and top with the yoghurt.
