Mick's Meat Barn USA Style Feast
2kg Mick's Meat Barn Plain Pork Ribs
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Smokey Paprika
1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes, or to taste
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Ground Sea Salt
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Freshly Cracked White Pepper
Step One - In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the pork ribs. Toss to combine and coat. Refrigerate for up to four hours. Before removing and bringing to room temperature.
Step Two - Preheat the oven to 140c.
Step Three - Bake the ribs for 60-90 minutes or until the meat is ready to fall of the bone.
Step Four - Cut the ribs up into portion sizes.
Serve alongside Mac & Cheese, Corn on the Cob, Tomato & Avo Salsa with Coriander or Loaded Fries.
