Sunday Morning Breakie Inspiration From Mick's Meats


2 Mick's (Award Winning) Pork Sausages
2 Mick's Bacon Rashers
2 Free Range Eggs
1/2 Loaf of Turkish Bread, halved horizontally and vertically
40g of Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Tomato, Thinly Sliced
BBQ Sauce, To Serve


Step One - With a preheated BBQ plate and on medium heat, lightly toast the sliced turkish bread halves and set aside on the serving plates.
Step two - Lightly oil the BBQ plate and grill the sausages until ooked through.
Step Three - Add the bacon to the BBQ plate and cook until crispy.
Step Four - Slice the cooked sausages into thirds length wise and grill both sides.
Step Five - Crack the eggs open over the BBQ grill and cook to taste.
Step Six - Layer the baby spinach, tomato, egg, bacon, sausage and BBQ sauce to serve between the layers of bread.
