Smokey Paprika Roast Chicken

Ingredients:
1 Mick's Meat Barn Lilydale Chicken
2 tbsp Smokey Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Minced Garlic
4 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Method:
Step One - Preheat oven to 180c.
Step Two - Mix together the paprika, olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Pour the marinade over the surface of the chicken and place on a roasting tray.
Step Three - Warm the honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan and then set aside.
Step Four - Bake at 180c for an hour and a half, or until the juices run clear. Baste with the honey & lemon mixture after 30 minutes, and then every 15 minutes after that.

Serve with roasted vegetables and a green salad.
