Mick's Meat Barn Chicken and Bacon Burgers

Ingredients (Serves Four):
4 Mick's Meat Barn Chicken Rissoles, gently flattened
2-3 Mick's Meat Barn Bacon Rashers, per person
4 Brioche or Sour Dough Bread Rolls
Loose Lettuce Leaves
1 Medium Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Lebanese Cucumber, thinly sliced
Mayo, Sweet Chilli, Tomato Sauce or Salsa, combination optional
Edam or Gouda Cheese Slices
Beer Battered Fries, to serve
Jalepeno and Fresh Coriander, optional
Olive Oil

Step One - Preheat the oven to the instructions on the chip packet. Line a roasting tray with baking paper. Spray with olive oil. Space out the chips on the paper and cook accordingly.
Step Two - Heat up the BBQ grill to a medium - high heat. Spray with olive oil. Cook the Mick's Meat Barn Chicken Rissolves for 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through. Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the grill and cover.
Step Three - Meanwhile, lightly toast the buns under the grill.
Step Four - Layer the rissoles, bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, sauces, cheese and optional extras. Serve alongside the beer battered fries.
