Ceasar Salad Chicken Kebab Wraps
4 Mick's Meat Barn Chicken Kebabs
4 Bacon Rashers, chopped
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
30g Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1 Baby Cos Lettuce, roughly chopped
4 Mission Wraps (or similar)
1 Avocado, sliced
Step One - In a pan over medium heat, cook the sliced bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Remove excess fat from the pan and return to the heat, cooking the chicken kebabs until tender. Once cooked remove the meat from the skewers.
Step Two - Place the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and garlic in a medium sized bowl, stir to combine. Add in the bacon, lettuce and parmesan, toss through the dressing.
Step Three - Layer the wraps with the lettuce mixture, avocado and chicken. Roll to firmly enclose the filling. Slice in half and serve.
