T- Bone Steaks & Green Herb Salad

4 Mick's Meat Barn T-Bone Steaks
Selection of Mick's Meat Barn Sausages
120g Baby Spinach
8 Basil Leaves, roughly chopped
Handful Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
3 Shallots, chopped
2-3 Baby Radishes, halved lengthwise and finely sliced
Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
5 tbsp Olive Oil

Step One - Season both sides of the T-Bone Steaks and pre-heat your BBQ.
Step Two - Toss together the baby spinach, basil, mint, shallots and baby radishes. Refrigerate.
Step Three - In a small bowl whisk together the red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and olive oil.
Step Four - Over a medium grill cook your T-Bone steaks for 4-5 minutes each side or until liking. Cook the sausages, rotating to avoid charring the skin, until cooked through.
Step Five - Plate the T-Bones and Green Herb Salad. Drizzle with the red wine & mustard dressing. Serve.
