Step One - In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, mustard, honey and a dash of olive oil. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Step Two - Place the steak in a shallow bowl and pour over the marinade, turn to coat both sides of the steak. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Step Three - Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and allow to return to room temperature. Preheat your BBQ grill to a medium-high heat.
Step Four - Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes each side, or until your liking. Set aside covered with foil for half the cooking time.
Step Five - Serve alongside baby spinach, roasted baby beets & carrots and cherry tomatoes.
