Mexican Pulled Beef Tacos

1.5kg Mick's Meat Barn Beef Roasting Piece
500ml Beef Stock
1 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder, or to taste
1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin, or to taste
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 Brown Onion, cut into thin wedges
1 Garlic Clove, minced
3 Garlic Cloves, additional, finely sliced
Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Ingredients (To Serve):
Warm Fresh Flour or Corn Tortillas
Iceberg Lettuce, finely chopped or Mixed Salad Greens
Tomatoes, diced
Avocadoes, diced
Tasty Cheese, shredded
Sour Cream
Salsa or Sriracha Sauce
Limes, quartered

Step One - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sea salt, pepper. chilli powder, minced garlic, cumin and oregano.
Step Two - Add the beef to the bowl, tossing in the spice mix.
Step Three - Over a medium to high heat, add some olive oil to a large pan and sear on all sides of the beef.
Step Four - Remove the beef from the pan and place in the slow cooker, along with the garlic slices and onion wedges. Pour in the beef stock. Cook on high for 3.5 - 4 hours on high, or until the meat is falling apart.
Step Five - Take the beef from the slow cooker, shredding the beef with forks before returning to the slow cooker - seasoning again, if necessary. Allow to cook again for another 10 minutes, lid on.
Step Six - Serve with the tortillas and additional toppings.
