Beef Hokkien Noodles

1-2 Mick's Honey, Chilli & Garlic Marinated Rump (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 packet Hokkien Noodles
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 cup Wombok, finely sliced
1 Small Carrot, sliced
2 Green Onions, finely sliced
8-10 Button Mushrooms, finely sliced
Cracked Pepper, to taste

Step One - Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Step Two - Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir fry the minced garlic and rump steak, in batches, until the beef has been browned. Set aside.
Step Three - Add the vegetables to the same wok and cook until slightly tender. Add the (drained) noodles, beef and sauces to the wok and cook until heated through.
